Wire–frame model of the bath–house superimposed over a photograph of the excavation

The base photograph looks down from the West Front of the Cathedral to the site of the Roman baths. Superimposed over it is a wire frame model created by the School of Engineering Science at the University of Exeter. It shows the form of the structure: three parallel rectangular rooms each with a concrete vault, with apses projecting from each end. The nearest room is the caldarium.
