Belair, Topsham Road

Back to Time Period
Belair, Topsham Road

Built by an Exeter grocer named John Vowler, Belair represents the smart houses which sprung up in the suburbs of the city at the beginning of the 18th century. It is in fact small in size, but the quality of its plasterwork and woodwork is high.

Nowadays the building is occupied by Devon County Council.
