Amphora handles with impressed stamps

The handles of amphorae commonly bore stamps. Quite what these meant is not always certain. These examples from Exeter are on ‘Dressel 20’ amphorae from Baetica in Spain. They read: CVVI and ROCODV. The meaning of these letters is unknown.
