Restored plan of the baths

The area excavated is shown in solid black lines to the right; the irregular diagonal lines running across the plan are the edges of the excavation. On the presumption that the baths were laid out symmetrically on each side of a central base-line, the form of the unexcavated portions can be reconstructed. To the left is the aisled hall, which served as the changing rooms.
