Four Exeter half–crowns (reverses)

The coins show four successive designs struck at the Exeter mint in the years 1644-5. Most of the reverses show the Royal Arms of England, with the mint mark at twelve o'clock in the legend. The early issues were undated, the later ones dated 1644 and 1645.
