This photo shows the Royal Albert Memorial Museum sometime in the years between 1905-1923. The city is in the midst of the radical changes of the early twentieth century - in Upper Paul Street, to the right of the museum, stands a horse and cart, yet the new electric tram lines have been built into Queen Street, and in the distance stands a motor car.
